The project would improve site accessibility by extending Century Boulevard through the existing Jordan Downs housing project, opening up the 100‐acre community to bikes, pedestrians, and cars. In order to facilitate active transportation, Century Boulevard would be built as a complete street, with traffic calming, wide sidewalks, bike lanes, shade trees, and a re‐routed bus line.
